Hi.

Today I want to explain you how we created our elearning unit and which problems are there.

First we had to decide how we present our work and in which way we will present it.

So we used the first seminar to meet and discuss this. We decided to use a wiki, because we can work on it simultaneity and the other people in the course can read it easily afterward. The homework for the next session, we decided to inform us a little bit about eportfolios and try to create a directory everyone. The next seminar session we meat with our directories and discuss and create a directory for our topic. During the session I implemented it in the wiki and we decided who will write which part. We could use the seminar-wiki so we don’t had to create the plattform. The writing was so easy and I think there are much of other good howtos for how to use a wiki, so I will not describe this part here. We also had to use the wiki two times in the seminar till now, so everyone had to know how to work with a wiki.

The problem of working over the internet and not meet very often all the people had to be motivated. You had not much control over the work of the others. If you meet them they had to justify their doing. If you ask them per mail or over internet it is easier to say “I had no time till now” or just giving no answer.

    Had the problem of working together online in other seminars. I solved it by using the educommsy-platform. Everyone uploaded their material there and it was a little bit easier getting things done together.
